Why Your Crypto Deposit Isn't Showing Up in Your Wallet, and What to Check
A missing deposit is usually one of four things: an unconfirmed transfer, the wrong network, an amount below the minimum, or a hold on the sending side. Here is how to tell which one it is.

Key takeaways
A pending transfer has not failed; it has not been confirmed by the network yet.
The network you send on must match the network of the deposit address, or the coins will not arrive there.
Deposits below a network's minimum are not credited, so check the minimum before sending.
Save the transaction hash (TxID) from the sending side before you contact anyone.
How long should I wait before worrying about a missing deposit?
A deposit is credited only after the network confirms it. Depending on the blockchain, that takes from a few minutes to about an hour. Until then the transfer is pending, not lost, and the balance will not change. If the sending side shows the transfer as sent and less than an hour has passed, waiting is usually the right move.
Did I send the coin on the right network?
This is the most common mistake. Each deposit address is tied to one specific network, and a coin sent on a different network will not arrive at that address. The same coin can exist on several networks, so the ticker alone is not enough. In Nexus Pay, USDT and USDC can be deposited via TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20 and TON, while BTC and ETH use their own networks. Choose the network first, then copy the address the app issues for it. A transfer sent on the wrong network cannot be reversed, so check before you send.
Could my deposit be below the minimum amount?
Every network has a minimum deposit amount, and a transfer below it is not credited. The minimum differs from one network to another. Nexus Pay shows it in the app, so look it up before you send, especially for a small test transfer. If you sent less than the minimum, the transfer may be confirmed on-chain and still not appear in your balance.
What if the sending exchange or wallet is holding the withdrawal?
Sometimes the transfer never reaches the blockchain. The sending wallet or exchange may hold a withdrawal for its own review, and the receiving wallet has no control over that. In that case the sender's history will show the withdrawal as processing or pending, and there will be no transaction hash yet. Only the sending platform can release it, so contact its support.

Possible cause
What you will see
What to do
Not yet confirmed
Sender shows the transfer as sent; the balance is unchanged
Wait for network confirmation, from a few minutes to about an hour
Wrong network
Transfer sent on a network different from the address's network
Compare the networks; the transfer cannot be reversed, so contact support with the TxID
Below the minimum
Amount is lower than the network minimum shown in the app
Check the minimum and contact support with the TxID
Hold on the sending side
Withdrawal is still processing and there is no TxID
Contact the sending platform's support
Unclear status
Everything looks correct but the balance is unchanged
Send support the TxID, coin, network and address
What is a TxID and how does it help find my transfer?
The transaction hash, or TxID, is the unique identifier of a transfer on the blockchain. You can find it in the withdrawal history on the sending side. Support uses it to trace where the transfer actually is on-chain: unconfirmed, confirmed, or sent to another address. If the sender's history shows no TxID, the withdrawal has probably not been broadcast yet, which points back to a hold on the sending side.
What should I do if none of the checks explain it?
Gather the details before you write to support, so the answer comes faster. Blockchain transfers are irreversible, and nobody can bring back a transfer sent to the wrong address, so support can only tell you where the transfer is, not promise to move it.

Common questions
Is my crypto lost if the deposit hasn't arrived?
Not necessarily. A pending transfer may just be waiting for confirmation, and a withdrawal held by the sender has not left their platform. A transfer sent on the wrong network to an address issued for another one will not arrive there, and blockchain transfers cannot be reversed.
Where do I find the TxID?
Look in the withdrawal or transaction history on the sending wallet or exchange. It appears once the transfer has been broadcast to the blockchain. If no TxID is shown, the withdrawal may still be on hold at the sender.
Can I cancel a transfer that hasn't been credited?
A transfer already on the blockchain cannot be cancelled or brought back. A withdrawal that the sender is still reviewing is different, and only the sending platform can act on it.
Does the coin's ticker tell me which network to use?
No. A coin like USDT can be sent over several networks. Always pick the network first and use the address issued for that network.
Why did a small deposit not show up at all?
Each network has a minimum deposit amount, and transfers below it are not credited. Check the minimum shown in the app before you send.
