Withdraw crypto to a bank account via IBAN (SEPA)

Transfer your Nexus Pay wallet balance to a regular euro bank account — by IBAN, over the SEPA network, no separate payment intermediary.

How it works

  • Open the wallet section in the app and tap “Withdraw”.
  • Choose SEPA, enter the account’s IBAN and the amount.
  • Confirm the request — the amount is debited from your balance and marked “processing”.
  • The team reviews the request by hand and sends a SEPA transfer to the account you provided.

Which countries SEPA covers

SEPA connects banks across the eurozone and several more European countries — Norway, Switzerland, the UK and others. If your bank issued an IBAN in that zone and accepts SEPA transfers, the withdrawal will work.

Fees, currency and timing

Nexus Pay does not charge a separate fee for withdrawing to an IBAN on top of the amount in the request. SEPA is a euro transfer network: the amount is converted to EUR at the rate shown before you confirm the request. Processing is manual, by the team, not instant like a transfer inside the blockchain. While a request is still pending, you can cancel it in the app and the amount returns to your balance. This is not a deposit and is not covered by any state deposit-insurance scheme.

What is an IBAN?
An international bank account number — a two-letter country code, two check digits and up to 30 characters of the account number itself. It appears on the details of any European bank account.
Which countries does SEPA cover?
The whole eurozone plus several more European countries — Norway, Switzerland, the UK and others. If your bank issued an IBAN in that zone and accepts SEPA, the withdrawal will go through.
How long does the transfer take?
The request is reviewed by hand by the team; the exact time depends on load and the receiving bank — we won’t promise more precise than “not instant”.
Can I cancel a request?
Yes, while it is still “processing” — cancelling in the app returns the amount to your balance.
