The coins you can pay with using a Nexus Pay card: USDT, USDC, BTC and ETH

What the wallet holds

USDT and USDC — for settlement and for holding without rate swings. BTC and ETH — for those who hold them as an asset. Every coin has its own row with its price and daily change, and the total is converted into dollars, euro or Canadian dollars.

Top-up: six networks

USDT and USDC are accepted on TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20 and TON; BTC and ETH on their own networks. The address is issued for the network you chose and stays attached to your account: once received, you can keep topping up with it.

The address and the network must match. USDT sent from ERC-20 to a TRC-20 address will not arrive, and it cannot be recovered — that is a property of the blockchain, not our policy.

Fee-free swap

A swap inside the wallet runs at the exchange rate and costs0%. There is no markup on the rate: the amount you will receive is visible before you confirm. More inSwap.

Common questions

Is a wallet password needed?
No. Sign-in goes through Telegram or Google, so there is no separate password to lose. Both methods can be attached to one account — one account with one balance and two doors into it.
Where are the coins kept?
Most of the funds sit in wallets with no permanent network connection. More on protection in the Security section.
Is there a minimum top-up amount?
Yes, it depends on the network and is shown in the app when you pick one — a transfer below the minimum is not economically viable for the network to confirm.
