When does the validity period start?

From the first time it connects to a network in your destination. You can buy it in advance and install it at home.

How quickly will I get the eSIM?

After payment, support sends the installation QR code in the in-app chat. eSIMs are issued manually for now, so it isn't instant.

Can I top up my data?

Yes. Your eSIM screen in the app has a “Top up data” button: pick a pack and pay from your USDT balance.

What if my phone doesn't support eSIM?

Then the eSIM won't install. Check before you pay: your cellular settings should have an “Add eSIM” option, and the phone must not be locked to a carrier.
