What we do not charge

Two fees are not ours, and we will not pass them off as ours:

  • Blockchain feefor the transfer — that one is taken by the network. On a withdrawal we show it before you confirm.
  • ATM fee— it is taken by the owner of the machine. It differs in every country, and the ATM must show it on screen.

An example on 1,000 USDT

  • A swap inside the wallet —0%, 1,000 remains.
  • Transfer to the card —0.1%, on the card$999,00.
  • Cash withdrawal —0.25%, in hand$996,50.

Common questions

Are there hidden fees?
No. Everything we charge is listed in the table above. Blockchain and ATM fees are not taken by us, and they are named separately.
Is there a markup on the swap rate?
No. The rate comes from the exchange with no adjustment in our favour.
What does issuing a card cost?
Depends on the plan and is shown when ordering — before payment, not after.
