The ATM network may charge its own fee on top of ours. That one is not ours, it differs in every country and on every machine, and it cannot be stated in advance. The ATM must show it on screen before you confirm — do not skip that step.

In which currency

Whichever the particular machine dispenses: euro in Europe, baht in Thailand, lira in Türkiye. The conversion from the card balance is done by the payment network at its own rate at the moment of the withdrawal. Your country’s currency is listed on itspage.

Move the amount you need from the wallet balance onto thecard— a 0.1% fee.
Find an ATM with the Visa mark.
Withdraw in a single operation: the fee is charged per withdrawal, not per amount — two of 100 cost more than one of 200.

Daily limits depend on the card plan and are listed in the app under limits. An ATM may have its own per-withdrawal ceiling — that one is not up to us.
