Why a deposit address can be used many times
Many people expect a fresh address for every top-up. Here is why one address per network is enough, and the one thing you still have to check each time.

No. In Nexus Pay, the address issued for a network is tied to your account, so you can send to it again and again. There is no need to request a new one before each deposit. If you have already saved the address for a network, it will keep working for future deposits.
The address is linked to your account, not to a single transaction. That is why every incoming transfer to it is credited to the same wallet once the network confirms it. The address stays valid, so a saved copy does not expire after the first use. What differs from one deposit to the next is only the transfer itself: the amount, the coin and the network you send it through.
One per network. Each network has its own address, so you use the one that matches the coin and the network you are sending. USDT and USDC can arrive via TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20 and TON, while BTC and ETH use their own networks. The table below shows how this maps out.
| Coin | Networks for deposit | What to match on the sending side |
|---|---|---|
| USDT | TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20, TON | The address for the exact network you choose |
| USDC | TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20, TON | The address for the exact network you choose |
| BTC | Its own network | The Bitcoin network and the BTC address |
| ETH | Its own network | The Ethereum network and the ETH address |
Reusing an address saves time, but the checks stay the same. Before you press send, confirm three things:
Deposits below the minimum are not credited.
Each deposit address belongs to one network. If you send a coin through a different network than the address was issued for, the transfer will not arrive. Blockchain transfers are irreversible, so nobody can bring back a transfer sent to the wrong address or through the wrong network. This is the main reason to compare the network on the sending side every time, even with an address you have used before.
Deposits are credited automatically after the network confirms them. Depending on the blockchain, that takes from a few minutes to about an hour. Using the same address again does not speed this up or slow it down. If the transfer is on the right network and above the minimum, it should appear in your wallet without any action from you.
